Stamper Home Inspections is a family-owned business located in Central Florida
John is a full-time, FL state licensed and InterNACHI certified professional home inspector performing all types of home Inspections in The Villages® and surrounding communities. We currently perform Residential, Wind Mitigation, Roof Certification, 4 Point, Mold and Air Quality, Swimming Pool & Spa, Water Testing, WDO inspections (provided by RC), and 11th Month New Home Warranty Inspections.

John Stamper, CPI
With more than 25 years of experience, John has worked in many different aspects of the real estate industry. In the 1990s, he worked in advertising for real estate agencies on Florida’s panhandle. In 2006, John earned a FL real estate license and served as a sales professional in The Villages®. He has been a full-time home inspector since 2019.
